Department of Pharmacology, Faculty of Pharmacy organized One Day Faculty – Student Skill Development Program on 08-Apr-2023. The aim of this workshop was to provide detailed description, categories of PCR, applications, advantages and hands-on training of Polymerase Chain Reactor(PCR) covering various aspects such as required reagents preparation, configuring and optimization of the instrument to get qualitative and reliable results which will aid budding pharmacists and researchers to carryout innovative research projects using PCR in their respective domains.

Mr. Shantha Kumar.S.S, Molecular biology Techno-commercial expert, Hi-media Laboratories was the resource person. Over 30 students and faculty members were the beneficiaries of this hands-on workshop.
