Ms. Vidya K and Ms. Shivani S, PG students from Department of Pharmaceutics have bagged the most prestigious Prof U R Rao award for the best innovative PG projects by students 2022 – 2023, under the auspices of Karnataka Science and Technology Academy, Govt. of Karnataka. 

The scientific committee shortlisted the top ten projects from hundreds of proposals received from all corners of the state for a final presentation to the review panel on 9^th February 2023. Positively, three out of ten projects were from the department of Pharmaceutics. The final result was announced on 15^th February 2023 in the KSTA website and swimmingly two projects that got selected for the award out of five were exclusively from RUAS.
